NOTICE OF 2026 ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
The Association’s Annual General Meeting will be held;
Ony financial members are allowed to vote.
If you would like to nominate for any Committee position;
An election will be conducted by a show of hands at the AGM for any role where more than one nomination is received.
All current committee members, except the Treasurer Jim Balderstone, have committed to continuing in their current roles. A nomination for a replacement treasurer has been recieved.
The Association’s Annual General Meeting will be held;

- The Progress Hall, cnr Three Points Ave and Tudibaring Pde
The Agenda
- Signing of attendance book and confirmation of voting rights
- Acknowledgment of Country
- Apologies.
- Confirm Minutes of AGM held on 24 February 2025. These Minutes are posted on the website.
- Motion: “To accept the Minutes of the AGM held on 24th February 2025
- President’s Report – Ken Gardiner
- Financial Statements 2025 – Jim Balderstone
- Election of Office-bearers and Committee:
- Election of Public Officer (a committee member, usually the Secretary)
- Approval for the Public Officer to sign and lodge the Dept of Fair Trading Annual Return
- Election of Honorary Auditor
Ony financial members are allowed to vote.
If you would like to nominate for any Committee position;
- Download a nomination form by clicking on the form below
- Have a nomination form completed by your nominators and yourself as nominee
- Scan the Nomination form and email it [email protected] by Sunday 15 February 2026
