Booksale & Kids Fair - Easter Saturday 2026
Donating books
We’d love to receive your donated books to sell at the Easter Book Sale.
To make things as easy as possible for our volunteers, please follow these rules for donating your books
To make things as easy as possible for our volunteers, please follow these rules for donating your books
- We really like quality novels, books on cooking, gardening, permaculture and wildlife.
- Please, no magazines, encyclopaedias and text books – nobody wants them.
- And definitely no shabby or mouldy books please – they give us a health risk and a disposal problem.
- Please deliver them to the Progress Hall on the assigned days and only between 10.00am and midday, when there will be someone to receive them.

- Books must not be left on the Progress Hall deck at any other time. They are a health, trip and fire hazard.
